Just a heads up if you’re thinking about ordering from them: their customer service was not helpful at all in my experience. I emailed twice about my order and never got a real response back. It felt like I was being ignored. Frustrating when you actually need help with something.

I really did go into this hoping it would work for me. The flavor wasn’t even the main issue, it was the texture. It had this gritty thing going on, and for some reason I kept thinking, maybe I didn’t mix it right, so I tried shaking it, then stirring it, then letting it sit a minute… still clumps at the bottom. It just never got smooth. Maybe that won’t bother some people, but it kind of ruined it for me. I won’t be buying it again

My order showed up on time, so no complaints there, but the packaging was average. The box was a little squished on one side, and there wasn’t much padding inside, which made me a bit nervous while opening it — never a fun feeling, honestly.

Luckily, nothing was damaged, so that was a relief. I just feel like for the price, the packing could’ve been a little more secure. Not the worst packaging I’ve seen, but definitely not the best either. Just okay
